Power BI Cloud Service & mobile service not working

HI,

Facing a major issue from yesterday on both Power BI cloud & Mobile service.

 

Whenever I log in at app.powerbi.com, the system redirects me for sign in page.

 

After entering the sign in details, a screen comes that say no need to sign up, you are already registered and there is option 'Click to continue'

 

When I click to continue, my dashboard screen opens for a second and suddenly screens changes to "Preparing PowerBI" and again post 2 seconds dashboard appears. Then again after a second screen shows "Preparing PowerBI" and thus loop continues endlessly between 2 screen. Pathetic.

Similar issue is with mobile app..after login when I click a dashboard (even sample), the loop continues/ or showing endless buffering.

 

Checked with my teams members, all are facing same issues both in service, ios & android app.

 

In short, no work can be done in PowerBI from anywhere. Only upload from desktop to PowerBI is going fine.

 

Pls advise solution asap. I already also raised the issue through ticket to Microsoft.
