when dataset owner disabled, have to change datasets, very inconvenient, is there a better way

hello, we have various users who publish reports and supporting datasets to the BI Service. however, when a user leaves, their accounts are disabled. So then we cannot refresh the dataset any more. which means we need to take over the dataset. This is very inconvenient in our corporation.

does anyone have a better solution than having to traverse all the datasets owned by the said, disabled user, and "take over" with the new user?
