Scheduled Refreshes Failing in Cloud - Internal Service Error

Hello,

 

I recently created a report in Power BI deskop and published it to the cloud. I then created a dashboard in the cloud and shared it with some of my colleagues. To keep the data shown in my dashboard current, I scheduled periodic refreshes of my dataset.

 

I am now receiving error messages for refresh failures that indicate that my "last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error" (see below screenshot).

I have verified that my Power BI Gateway - Personal is running (it shows 'Connected - You're good to go!' when I double click it's icon) and have had my computer turned on and logged in. During the last scheduled refresh, I also made sure my Power BI Desktop was open and refreshed with current data, just to try and eliminate any possible reason for the failed refresh.

 

Does anyone have any other ideas as to why this internal service error might be preventing my refreshes from completing as scheduled? Also, would someone be able to provide the criteria that must be in place for a scheduled refresh to successfully complete (such as, computer must be on, computer must be logged in, Power BI desktop must be on, Gateway running, etc.) so I can make sure that going forward I am prepared with this criteria met?
